Step* 1

Document collection*

Collect printed documents and submit the package to the Kazakhstan representative office in your country*

Copy of visa invitation letter from the university*

Indicating the incoming number. The number and date of the invitation issuance are communicated to the visa recipient by the inviting party*

Enrollment letter from the university*

With the official signature and seal of the university*

Visa application forms*

Can be filled in at the embassy when applying or downloaded from the embassy website and filled in advance*

To the embassy website*

Passport*

Provide the original and two copies. It must be valid for at least six months after the expiration of the requested visa and have at least two blank pages for the visa stamp*

Copy of flight ticket to Kazakhstan*

Scan, photocopy or printout of online ticket*

Passport-size photograph*

Color or black-and-white photo sized 3.5 x 4.5 cm*

Additional supporting documents*

Bank statements, medical insurance, proof of accommodation (hotel, dormitory, etc.)*

Receipt of state duty payment*

In the amount of 30 MCI (for 1 year) or 16 MCI (up to 3 months) or consular fee. Paid consular fees are non-refundable. Payment can be made at the consulate*
